College Recruiting
College recruiting is one of the core pillars of RCS Warpath Baseball. We work closely with players and families throughout the entire recruiting journey, using our extensive network of contacts across all levels of college baseball to actively advocate for our athletes.
Through direct communication with college programs, we help position Warpath players at the top of recruiting boards and connect them with opportunities that match both their athletic and academic goals.
Warpath participates in an annual Prep Baseball Scout Day and provides all 15U–17U players with a premier SportsRecruits account, ensuring consistent visibility and exposure.
Our in-season schedules are carefully designed to balance competitive team play with high-quality showcase opportunities. In today’s rapidly changing recruiting landscape, it has become more challenging than ever for athletes to find the right college fit — and we pride ourselves on guiding families through every step of that process.
Over the past six seasons, more than 90 Warpath athletes have committed to play college baseball at the Power 4 Division I, Division I, Division II, and Division III levels.
Beyond exposure, we equip families with the educational tools, resources, and honest guidance needed to make informed decisions and navigate recruiting with confidence.
